This walk is a way to get acquainted with Vladimir in an interesting, fast and budgetary way, on weekends and holidays. Together we will consider the details of the cathedrals, discover the secrets of antiquity and admire the views from the observation rooms.

What awaits you

Excursion without boring lectures
On the walk, in addition to narration, I conduct a dialogue with travelers, and together we reveal the mysteries of the past. There will be a lot of information, because Vladimir is a city with a rich history, both the place itself and its architectural monuments. At the same time, you will not get confused in the eras, styles and names of the princes: all chronicles are presented in a fascinating and systematized way.

Vladimir step by step
We will meet next to St. Demetrius Cathedral, a masterpiece of white-stone architecture, consider its skillful bas-reliefs and find Alexander the Great on them. At the monumental Assumption Cathedral you will learn about the relics and plans of Andrei Bogolyubsky stored here. Of course, you will see the Golden Gate – an example of pre-Mongol military architecture.

For 2 hours you will visit 5 observation platforms: they offer views of the cathedrals, Patriarchal gardens, Muroma forests. And we will also take a walk along the pedestrian Vladimir street: pay attention to modern monuments and talk in detail about the princely courts that were located here in the old days.
